The MISIA « Paris- Rome » collection concludes its epic journey at the Italian Cultural Institute in Paris

The MISIA 2024 collection is the sublime culmination of a wonderful year of Franco-Italian co-creations.

Throughout the year, MISIA highlighted the rich artistic and cultural ties forged between France and Italy. To begin with, the launch of the « Paris-Rome » collection was staged in the magnificent Palazzo Farnese, a landmark of the Italian Renaissance. Later in April, MISIA unveiled a new exhibition at Milan Design Week. In the heart of Brera, the most artistic district of the world capital of fashion and design, MISIA's new products were presented in a beautifully designed showroom. An unforgettable immersive experience revealing the finesse and splendor of MISIA creations.

2024 ended on a high note with a return to Paris, at the Italian Cultural Institute: a private mansion of prodigious architecture, the ideal setting for another grandiose presentation of the Franco-Italian inspirations explored by MISIA.

The event brings together some fifteen artists and designers selected to develop exceptional collaborations with the French publisher and creator of precious fabrics. Stools, benches and armchairs with delicately contemporary lines are dressed in MISIA fabrics in a monumental setting of sculpted colonnades, gilded woodwork and a chequered floor of dazzling marble...

To bring together the influences and know-how of France and Italy, we chose fabrics from Italy, such as the sumptuous Aux Folies Bergères velvet covering the seat of the Marbera « Onyx »  marble stool; the precious shimmering Bagliore voile photographed alongside the shimmering « Figures » chair designed by Anthony Guerrée for Galerie Pradier-Jeauneau, or the sophisticated Viva Villa silk jacquard delicately brushing the « Henri Samuel »  side tables created by sculptor Philippe Hiquily and available at Galerie Yves Gastou.

As we enter 2025, at the end of an extraordinary journey in Italy, the story of MISIA encounters and journeys continues in Paris, with new creative inspirations and sensory experiences to follow... very soon
