For the first time, MISIA joins Kips Bay Decorator Show House New York as a sponsor, taking part in one of the most iconic events on the international interior design and decoration scene.
Set within a historic townhouse in the heart of Greenwich Village, the Show House brings together leading names in contemporary design each year. For the 2026 edition, MISIA collaborates with five designers, each offering a distinctive interpretation of colour, material and craftsmanship.
Conceived by Dunnam Zerbini, Velvet Hour Lounge is envisioned as a space, between day and night, Velvet Hour Lounge cultivates an intimate and enveloping atmosphere, where rich textures and warm tones invite you to linger. MISIA fabrics naturally contribute to the composition, with the Sorella stretch velvet upholstering the curves of the armchair.
The turtle-shaped footstool is enveloped in the softness of Azur Cotonneux, while the Dolce Alpaca wool cushions add a precious sensory touch.

Inspired by Greenwich Village after dark, Erik Gensler creates with After Dark Aerie a sophisticated retreat with a 1970s spirit, where deep colours and generous textures create a sensual atmosphere. The Joe Colombo Elda armchair is reinterpreted in Damecuta and Sorella.
The sofa, upholstered in Quartier Latin, the Cinq Terres corduroy velvet cushions and Charmante faux fur cushions, together with the Matin Calme ottoman, further enhance this enveloping atmosphere.

In The Guest Bedroom, Peter Dunham creates a warm retreat where artwork, collected pieces and textiles come together with effortless ease. Solenza dresses the canopy bed, enveloping the space in a soft and refined material. A discreet presence that contributes to the room’s intimate and serene atmosphere.

With The Luminary, Atelier CV creates an ethereal universe inspired by celestial light, where reflective pewter, subtle golds and glass meet delicate tones. The Viva Villa complements the composition with a sense of lightness. Its texture brings depth and movement, while contributing to the interplay of light that defines the space.

With The New Connoisseur, John Ferguson revisits the idea of the grand interior through a more contemporary lens, where colour, texture and distinctive pieces create a warm and personal setting.
The armchair upholstered in Paris Vivienne dialogues with the wall-mounted banquette in the geometric Berlioz.

Through these five collaborations, MISIA reveals the richness of its universe, where textures, colours and materials engage in dialogue with creative perspectives from the international design scene.
