Inspired by Indonesian peyote weaving, ULUWATU evokes the delicacy of bead-embroidered fabrics, where each element is part of a regular and meticulous composition. This inspiration is translated onto a coloured linen and cotton cloth through the application of a twisted fancy yarn. Blending shiny viscose and matte polyester, it is twisted with a jute thread that adds texture and authenticity, suggesting a handcrafted, artisanal spirit. A tone-on-tone embroidery completes the piece with refinement.
