Mimbeau

Mimbeau is a sandy spit formed by the interplay of tides and winds. Between the Arcachon basin and the Cap Ferret peninsula, the sand draws changing curves around maritime pines, mosses and lichens. It inspires a pattern composed of four symmetrically arranged elements. The inner part is created using laser-cut wood appliqué, according to an innovative technique exclusive to Casamance. Each cut-out is applied by hand, reinforcing the handcrafted aspect of the fabric, before being embroidered with satin threads. MIMBEAU is available in a wide width and comes in three colours.
